What’s Your Wild?

Pick one and we will show your kind of work first.

How WildPipe works

Follow one job from the first call to the final payment.

Pick a wildlife job or a recurring pest plan. Each step shows what your team does, what WildPipe does on its own, and what that step looks like when the tools are not connected.

Choose a job to follow

Same system, two kinds of work.

A raccoon in the attic, from a 9 PM call to a paid, warrantied job.

One invented customer over one week. Eight steps, one customer record, and nobody retypes a thing.

1Tue 9:12 PM· Step 1 of 8

A raccoon wakes a customer up

The office is closed. Your AI phone assistant answers in your company’s name, asks what they are hearing, explains the service and price, and can book a real opening or save the request for your team.

What WildPipe does on its own

  • Answers at any hour in your company’s name
  • Quotes your real services and prices, never made-up ones
  • Books an actual open time or saves the request for staff

Without connected tools: The call goes to voicemail. By morning, they have already called the next company on the list.

2Tue 9:16 PM· Step 2 of 8

The whole call lands in one place

The recording, a written summary, and the booking sit in that customer’s conversation, next to any texts, emails, and web chats.

What WildPipe does on its own

  • Recording and summary saved to the customer
  • Texts, email, and chat in the same thread
  • The booking appears right next to the conversation

Without connected tools: Someone replays a voicemail, writes a sticky note, and types the address into the schedule by hand.

3Wed 7:00 AM· Step 3 of 8

The visit goes on a route

Dispatch places the stop on the right technician’s day, and the route is planned around promised arrival windows and property access hours.

What WildPipe does on its own

  • Stop placed on a technician’s route
  • Order planned around arrival windows and access hours
  • Dispatchers can still drag, pin, or reassign any stop

Without connected tools: Whoever gets in first rebuilds the day on a whiteboard or a spreadsheet.

4Wed 8:40 AM· Step 4 of 8

Your technician heads out

The stop, notes, checklist, and customer history are on their phone. The customer gets an on-the-way text with a live tracking link.

What WildPipe does on its own

  • Job details and history on the technician’s phone
  • On-the-way text with live tracking
  • Work saved on the phone when signal is weak and sent later

Without connected tools: The technician calls the office for the gate code while the customer calls asking when they will arrive.

5Wed 9:25 AM· Step 5 of 8

Quote approved on the spot

Traps go out and the technician builds a quote with required, recommended, and optional work. The customer picks what they want and signs.

What WildPipe does on its own

  • Required, recommended, and optional work on one quote
  • Customer chooses options and signs on the phone
  • Entry-point photos attached to the quote

Without connected tools: Measurements on a clipboard, a quote typed up that night, and a follow-up call two days later.

6Fri 6:14 AM· Step 6 of 8

A camera spots the catch

A trail camera on the trap sends a photo. AI flags the likely capture in Camera Watch, your team confirms it, and a pickup stop is sent to the route.

What WildPipe does on its own

  • Camera photos pulled in and matched to the job
  • Likely captures flagged for a person to confirm
  • Pickup stop added to the route

Without connected tools: Someone scrolls through a camera app for every job, or the customer calls to tell you.

7Next Tue· Step 7 of 8

Repairs signed off and warrantied

The technician photographs each sealed entry point, the customer signs off, and a warranty for the exact work done is created.

What WildPipe does on its own

  • A photo for every sealed entry point
  • Customer signs off on the finished work
  • Warranty written for exactly what was done

Without connected tools: The warranty lives in someone’s memory until the animal comes back.

8Next Tue· Step 8 of 8

Paid from a text

The customer pays from the invoice link or their account page. The payment, invoice, photos, and warranty all stay with the job.

What WildPipe does on its own

  • Invoice link sent by text or email
  • Pay from the link or the customer’s account page
  • Payment, photos, and warranty kept with the job

Without connected tools: A paper invoice in the mail, a check two weeks later, and a manual entry in the books.

Why nothing gets retyped

Every step reads and writes the same four things.

That is the whole trick. The phone assistant, the dispatcher, the technician, and the customer all work from one copy of the customer, the work, and the money.

01

The customer and the property

One history per customer and address: every call, visit, quote, photo, and payment.

02

The conversation

Calls, texts, email, web chat, and the AI assistant all write to the same thread.

03

The work

Jobs, visits, routes, and field records that the office and technicians see the same way.

04

The money

Quotes, invoices, payments, autopay, and warranties attached to the work they belong to.

Room to grow

Start with what your business needs.

Most companies start with customers, scheduling, routes, the field app, and invoicing. Phones, the answering team, online booking, and your website are there when you want them, and turning them on does not change your price.

If an essential wildlife or pest control workflow is missing, we build it into WildPipe rather than send you to another core software vendor.

Switch with a plan

Plan the switch before you change your day.

Bring a real pest visit or wildlife job to your demo. We’ll walk through it together, review your current tools, and agree on what needs to be ready before you go live.

  1. 01

    You show us what matters

Bring your service list, prices, team roles, and the tools you use today. Show us a recurring pest visit and a wildlife project if you handle both.

  2. 02

We bring over all the data you want

Export your files from your old software, leaving out saved card numbers. Customers, service addresses, plans, history and balances go through the import tool, checked row by row first; anything else you want to keep, our team imports for you.

  3. 03

    We prepare and check together

Review imported samples, service prices, staff access, phone routing, and payment setup. Confirm any number-porting or website changes with your current providers before cancelling them.

  4. 04

    Your team practices before go-live

Walk through booking, a field visit, and billing. Agree on training, any remaining gaps, and a go-live date based on your setup—not a promised one-day switch.

We set up your account with you and turn it on once your services, prices, and team are ready, so nobody starts in an empty system. Keep your current system running until you have checked the records we moved together.

A little more clarity

Before you make the switch.

Ask us a question
Is the AI real, or just a chatbot?

Real. WildPipe’s AI team answers phone calls and books into real open times, plans routes, reviews trail-camera photos, follows up on unpaid bills and coaches sales calls. Every teammate works inside WildPipe and records what it did on the same customer record your team uses, and you choose what each one may do on its own.

Is this for a business my size?

WildPipe supports a one-person business, a growing team, or several locations. Start with the tools you need. You can add staff without a per-person software fee.

Can I run both pest and wildlife work?

Yes. Recurring pest visits and wildlife jobs share the same customers, schedule, and payments. Each type of work keeps the details it needs.

Do I have to use everything?

No. Most companies start with customers, scheduling, routes, and invoicing. Phones, the answering team, online booking, and your website are there when you want them, and turning them on does not change your price.

Do I have to use the answering team?

No. Human contact-center support is included, but you choose whether to use it. We can help you set up after-hours or overflow coverage.

Will you help me switch?

Yes. We import all the data you want to keep from your current system, plan setup with you, give you a named contact for your first six months, and train your team. We replace the software and add-ons you pay for today, and if an essential pest or wildlife workflow is missing, we build it. Timing depends on your data and setup needs.

How do we get started?

Create your account, then we set it up with you: your services, prices, customers, and phones. We turn it on when your team is ready and walk them through it, so nobody starts in an empty system.

Who helps my team when we need support?

You can reach WildPipe support by phone, text, or chat, 24 hours a day. This is help for you and your staff, separate from the Connect team answering your customers. Both are included.

What does it cost?

The platform fee is 5% of the payments you record through WildPipe, with software, unlimited users, and the answering team included. The pricing page compares that with what you pay today. Payment processing fees are separate.
