Field App in WildPipe: the technician app with today’s work

One stop, start to finish

Everything happens before he’s back in the truck.

  1. Pull up

Address, gate code, dog on site, and last visit’s notes are already on the screen.

  2. Do the work

Log the trap, the product used and the photos. The app shows what must be recorded before the stop can close.

  3. Sell and collect

The homeowner asks about the rest of the roof line. Quote it from the phone and take the card in the driveway.

  4. Close it

Signature, done. The office sees it right away. No paperwork drop-off at 6 p.m.

On the phone

Built for the truck, not shrunk down from the desk.

Big buttons, the route first, and only what a tech needs at the stop.

Things techs notice

It doesn’t get in their way.

No signal in the attic?

Keep working. It saves and sends when there’s service again. How offline works

Forms stay open

Changes happening elsewhere wait until the tech closes the form. Nobody gets kicked out mid-report.

Location only on the clock

By default, location is tracked only while the tech’s route is on, and they see a clear notice first.

New in the field app

Body cams, property history and diagrams on the phone.

Body and dash cameras

When your company turns it on, the phone records from Arrived until the visit is done, and while driving On The Way. Sound follows state consent rules, and staff watch recordings on the visit or job.

Past work at this address

The visit and job screens list other jobs done at the same property, with dates, services, who did each visit and their notes.

Draw the property

Start a diagram from an aerial photo, draw with a finger, and place stamps like Entry Point or Bait Station.

Part of Field Work

The office and the truck share one record.

What the tech records is what dispatch, billing and the customer portal see. Nothing gets typed in twice.

Clear answers. No sales jargon.

Good to know.

Choosing software is a business decision. Let’s make sure it fits the way you work.

Talk through your questions
Is this a separate customer database?

No. Field and office workflows use the same customer and job records, with access suited to each person’s work.

Does the app track everyone all the time?

No. Route-only tracking is the default for designated field technicians. An explicitly enabled company policy can allow always-on tracking.
