Sound familiar?

Push-to-talk for your whole team, inside the software you already run.

Separate two-way radios or group texts mean messages get missed, nobody knows who heard what, and there is no record of what was said on a job.

A push-to-talk radio for your office and techs, built into WildPipe. Hold a button and everyone on the channel hears you.

What’s included

What team radio can do.

Talk from anywhere in WildPipe

  • Hold to talk from any office screen, from Dispatch or from the top bar of the field app.
  • On a computer, use a talk key you choose, a USB foot pedal, the Chrome shortcut or the Windows helper to talk from any program.
  • Everyone on the channel hears a message at the same moment, and a late joiner hears it from the start.

Channels and private talk

  • Start with one channel for everyone, then add channels for a company, a team or people you pick.
  • Talk to one person privately. Private talk can ask first, and it waits for people who are Busy or on Do not disturb.
  • People show as Available, Busy or Do not disturb, and someone on a call or a visit can show as Busy by itself.
  • Dispatchers can send an alert tone so everyone listens before an announcement.

Emergencies and records

  • Emergency cuts in on everyone on the channel and keeps the microphone open until it is tapped again.
  • Managers replay saved messages as a conversation, read their text version, and link a conversation to the job or visit it was about.
  • Saved messages are kept for the number of days you choose, and you can turn saving off.

Part of Field Work

Connected to the rest of your business.

Team Radio shares the same customer, job, and record as everything else in WildPipe.

Clear answers. No sales jargon.

Choosing software is a business decision. Let’s make sure it fits the way you work.

Talk through your questions
Do we need radio hardware?

No. Team Radio runs in the office and field apps. Computers can add a foot pedal or the Windows helper if you like.

Who can replay saved messages?

Managers. Everyone sees a notice that messages are saved before they first talk.

Your business. Your next chapter.
