Running pest or wildlife on ServiceBridge?

WildPipe vs ServiceBridge

Every user, every text, and the wildlife work, all included.

The short version

Why WildPipe beats ServiceBridge.

But it’s built for many trades, it’s priced per user, and two-way texting is on its top plan. WildPipe is built for pest and wildlife and includes phones, AI, and live answering for every user.

  1. 1Every user included, not priced per seat
  2. 2Texting, phones, AI, and live answering on every account
  3. 3Wildlife jobs and pest compliance built in

Switching from ServiceBridge

How we move you over.

ServiceBridge has a public API, so customers, service locations, contacts, work orders, and invoices can come over. We map them with you, and you can run both side by side until you’re ready.

Fair credit

What ServiceBridge does well

  • Fleet tracking in the same product: GPS Insight and ClearPathGPS telematics, and ServiceBridge360 tracking of eligible vehicles through the manufacturer with no device to install
  • Franchise tools: multi-location reporting, national accounts with consolidated invoicing, territory assignment, royalty collection, and mandated settings
  • Published per-user pricing and two-way QuickBooks Online sync
  • A public API with API users or OAuth apps, including app manifests that add buttons to its office and mobile screens
  • A published wildlife customer story from Critter Control

It may still suit you if: You run several trades or a franchise network and want fleet telematics, hardware-free vehicle tracking, and royalty collection from the same vendor.

A little more clarity

Switching from ServiceBridge: your questions.

Ask us a question
Why do owners switch from ServiceBridge to WildPipe?

ServiceBridge is solid general field-service software, and its real strengths are fleet tracking and franchise management. But it’s built for many trades, it’s priced per user, and two-way texting is on its top plan. WildPipe is built for pest and wildlife and includes phones, AI, and live answering for every user.

Does WildPipe sync with QuickBooks Online like ServiceBridge?

Yes. Customers, invoices, and payments move both ways with QuickBooks Online, and when both sides changed the same record you choose which one to keep.

Does WildPipe track vehicles like ServiceBridge360?

Technicians share their live location from the WildPipe field app while their route is running, and you can connect a fleet GPS provider such as Samsara, Azuga, or Verizon Connect for vehicle locations, mileage, and driving alerts. WildPipe does not offer tracking through the vehicle manufacturer the way ServiceBridge360 does.

How does the WildPipe API compare with ServiceBridge’s?

Both have REST APIs. WildPipe adds signed webhooks for a published list of events, change-since syncing with a feed of deleted records, an OpenAPI reference, and an MCP server so AI apps can work with your data after you approve each permission. You can also add custom buttons to customer and job pages that open another website with the details filled in.

Can WildPipe run a franchise network?

Each location runs as its own company with its own name, phones, payments and staff access. WildPipe makes monthly royalty statements from the money each location collected, compares marketing results by location, and warns you when a job is booked outside a location’s territory. Statements are records; WildPipe does not collect royalties for you.

Can I bring my data over from ServiceBridge?

ServiceBridge has a public API, so customers, service locations, contacts, work orders, and invoices can come over. We map them with you, and you can run both side by side until you’re ready.

Is ServiceBridge ever the better choice?

It can be. ServiceBridge may suit you better if you run several trades or a franchise network and want fleet telematics, hardware-free vehicle tracking, and royalty collection from the same vendor.
