These Terms govern your use of WildPipe and its related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the WildPipe website, application, and related services operated by WildPipe, LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
WildPipe provides cloud-based CRM, field service, communications, quoting, invoicing, payment, routing, reporting, camera, trap, workforce, and contact-center capabilities for pest and wildlife control companies.
3. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Services use a flat 5% fee on recorded revenue. Platform usage is not metered: call minutes, text messages, AI agent usage, recording, transcription, and storage carry no separate charge. WildPipe Connect is included without per-minute, per-booking, or per-interaction charges. Third-party payment processing fees are separate, as are optional Field Radios and optional Google Ads spend.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel by emailing cancel@wildpipe.com. Service continues through the current billing cycle. Data-export requests must be received before service ends.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
When you separately opt in on the WildPipe contact form, WildPipe may send service and account text messages about inquiries, appointments, scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments, and service updates, or marketing text messages about offers and promotions, according to the option you selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the WildPipe Privacy Policy for how mobile information and consent are handled.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with the platform, impersonate others, gain unauthorized access, or use communications features unlawfully.
8. Intellectual Property and Customer Data
WildPipe retains its platform intellectual property. You retain rights to your data, subject to processing necessary to provide and secure the Services.
9. Warranty and Liability
The Services are provided as available. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
