Information is used to operate, secure, maintain, and improve WildPipe; process transactions; provide contact-center and digital services; and respond to support requests.

We may share information with service providers, authorized WildPipe Connect staff, legal authorities when required, and parties involved in a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
4. Mobile Information and SMS Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers in support of messaging operations, such as customer service and telecommunications delivery, is permitted. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
5. Customer Data
Customers remain responsible for the data they place in WildPipe and for complying with applicable privacy laws. WildPipe processes that data to provide and secure the Services.
6. Phone System and Call Recording
Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and documentation. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable recording-consent laws.
7. Retention and Security
Information is retained while accounts are active or as required for legal and operational purposes. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are used.
8. Website and Product Analytics
WildPipe offers separate choices for optional preferences, website analytics, and marketing technologies. Optional website tracking remains off until a current consent choice permits it. Sensitive form values are not recorded, and Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track turn optional tracking off. You can change or withdraw choices through Privacy preferences at the bottom of this page. Consent records include the policy version and expiration date. Authenticated product usage is measured separately without session replay to operate, secure, and improve the platform.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You may update account information, request data exports, opt out of marketing communications, manage optional website tracking below, and control location permissions. Rejecting optional website tracking does not prevent necessary customer services.
