Our pricing is based on the number of bookings and interactions you have on a monthly basis, from the 1st day of the month to the last. Interactions must be used each month or they are lost. They do not roll-over to the next month.

Frequent Questions About Pricing & Interactions
Do you count a call for a dog or cat issue, or an injured/orphaned wild animal as an interaction?
Absolutely not. Calls about cats, dogs and wildlife that need a wildlife rehabilitation facility do not count toward your number of monthly interactions included with your plan. These calls are not documented in your service with us and we make every effort to pass the caller to the appropriate resources to help with the issue at no cost to you. In many cases we pass wildlife calls to GetWildlifeHelp.com and dog and cat issues to the local non-emergency number for the Police or Sheriff's Department.
Note: If you offer domestic animal control services like picking up cats and dogs (or do injured/orphaned wild animal rehabiltiation) and want us to handle those calls they WILL be counted as interactions in your subscription.
