Once you sign up with us and choose your plan, our customized on-boarding team will process your onboarding questionaire and setup your account. Our team will custom-create a flow for your calls that ensures we capture the right information you need and sell the booking in line with your internal policies and procedures. Once that process is complete, you'll get to "mystery shop" our team on an inbound call to make sure we're handling them properly.
