WildPipeConnect: We currently handle inbound interactions from phone calls, sms messages, web chat forms, web forms, and whatsapp. We are currently working on integrations with Facebook and Google My Business to appropriately handle those inbound interactions as well.

WildPipeCRM: Our custom-built customer relationship management system is at the heart of everything we do. It is a complete management system for wildlife control companies and is used to manage your daily business operations.

NWCOA Certified Management Team & Staff

Our management staff hold numerous National Wildlife Control Operators Association certifications including Certified Wildlife Control Operator and Advanced Wildlife Control Operator.

Training and continuous improvement are the bedrock on which our company and staff members rest. Our WildPipers are required to complete an in-house wildlife control specific training course and must train in the field with one of our member businesses before being released to handle your interactions. We also monetarily incentivize our staff to become Certified WCOs and Advanced Wildlife Control Operators. As new technologies and methods emerge our team is constantly in a process of continuous improvement through required in-service and external training.

Domestic Animal & Wildlife Rehabilitation Calls

We have a Certified Wildlife Rehabilitator on staff to ensure we properly handle all inbound injured and orphaned wild animal calls in line with industry standards and training - at no cost to our Member Businesses! Properly handling these types of calls can build goodwill toward your wildlife control operation in your market.

We have a NACA Certified Animal Control Officer on staff to ensure we handle dog, cat and exotic animal calls appropriately - at no cost to our Member Businesses! Our team determines if the issue requires immediate 911 attention and refers the caller to the appropriate resources.
