# Activity Monitoring & Audit Reports for Pest & Wildlife Control

> Keep every trap check, station check, camera check your team confirms, sensor alert, and finding in one activity record for each property. Open corrective actions when activity passes your limits, and build audit-ready reports.

**Part of:** [Wildlife & Pest Operations](https://wildpipe.com/features/wildlife-pest) (Dispatch & Serve)

## Overview
Keep every trap check, station check, camera check your team confirms, sensor alert, and finding in one activity record for each property. Open corrective actions when activity passes your limits, and build audit-ready reports.

## Key outcome
Show customers and auditors what is happening at every site.

## What you can do
- See activity by trap, station, sensor, and area
- Open and track corrective actions
- Build activity reports and audit packets

## Explore the capabilities
### One activity record per site
- Bring station checks, trap checks, camera checks your team confirms, sensor alerts, removals, and customer sightings into one list.
- See each monitoring point with its latest check, activity count, and whether a sensor watched it the whole time.
- Fix a mistake by adding a correction that keeps the original, so the history stays honest.
- Camera AI detections only count after a person on your team confirms them.

### Limits & corrective actions
- Set how much activity at one point is too much, per pest type.
- Open a corrective action when a limit is passed or someone records a problem the customer needs to fix.
- Track the cause, the plan, what was done, and when the office checked it.
- Let customers acknowledge the items they need to fix from their portal.

### Reports, maps & portals
- Upload a floor plan or site map and place every point on it, from the office or the field app.
- Build an activity report, an audit packet with an evidence checklist, or a pest risk assessment for a period you choose.
- Pick the audit standard the customer is held to, such as AIB, BRCGS, SQF or a retailer program.
- Show customers and property account managers their activity in the portal, and email saved reports with a link to the full report.

## Settings and choices
- Choose what customers see: a summary with details, a summary only, or nothing.
- Set activity limits and how many days corrective actions have to be finished.
- Turn automatic weekly, monthly or quarterly program reports on or off, and choose whether they are emailed.

## From start to finish
1. Techs check stations, traps and cameras and record findings, or sensors report on their own.
2. Activity over your limits opens a corrective action for your team or the customer.
3. Reports are built for the period you choose and shared in the portal or by email.

## More ways to use it
- A food plant has an audit next week. Build an audit packet with the station map, every check, activity trends and corrective actions.
- A property manager wants to know why the dumpster area keeps showing rodent activity. The record shows the pattern and the open sanitation item for their team.

## Feature questions
### Do customers see AI camera detections?
Only after someone on your team confirms them. Unconfirmed AI detections are never part of the record.

### What does "verified no activity" mean?
A sensor watched the point for the whole period and saw nothing. Points checked by hand show as checked, not verified.

## Here’s an example
A food plant has an audit next week. Pull the last quarter of station checks, activity, corrective actions, and the device map into one audit packet.
