Overdue staff follow-ups no longer generate recurring conversation reminders or staff-follow-up digest alerts. Original tasks remain available, and pending AI-action reminders are unchanged.

The SMS assistant now recognizes customer phone-number formats consistently and checks existing open work for closed, empty-trap reports before suggesting another appointment. Matching work stays unchanged and the customer update remains in the conversation.
